**Specialized Gardener, 2 positions full time and part time or casual.**

Francesco Fine Gardens is seeking **Specialized Gardener/ Horticulturist **to join our dedicated team.

**About Us**:Established in 2021, Francesco Fine Gardens is a gardening and soft landscaping company servicing the Melbourne Inner suburbs, Bayside and the South Eastern suburbs plus the Mornington Peninsula.

We offer a tailor-made gardening service to high-end residential and commercial properties.

Our philosophy is focused on quality and care, we differ from many gardening companies because we don’t rush from one job to another in one workday, instead, we prefer to work with a comprehensive approach in one/two gardens maximum a day.

We also take pride in our relationship with our clients: we talk to them openly and honestly, we listen to their concerns and ideas and we suggest improvement and actions to achieve the best care for a healthy and beautiful garden.

Being presentable, professional and personable is of great importance to us and our clients.

We offer a salary according to current Award however the hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and skills.

Full time annual salary range $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.

Working days Monday to Friday.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Perform routine garden maintenance tasks, including pruning, weeding, lawn mowing, mulching, fertilising, pressure washing.
- Monitor plant health and address any issues promptly.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment.
- Assist with irrigation system checks and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in garden maintenance and soft landscaping.
- Certificate III in Horticulture preferred however not essential.
- Knowledge of plant care, pest control, and soil health.
- Ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- A valid Driver’s Licence essential.
