**Job Description**:
**Rockwell Automation is Hiring**
We are looking for a **Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, AU & NZ** to be based in our **Hawthorn, Melbourne or NSW, Sydney office.**
This role is to support the commercial operations organization in the areas of sales execution, planning & performance, productivity, and operational processes - including the responsibility of Quota setting, data integrity and oversee consistent reporting. He / She will report into Commercial Operations Manager - South Pacific.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support / facilitate development of short and long-term strategic plans including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Business Strategy Review (BSR), Industry Plan as well as various growth initiatives (SI)
- Assist Sales Management, Business Unit, Initiative & Industry leads to develop and review consistent sales/growth plans
- Work with Central data team to ensure consistency in Orders, Sales, and Billing reporting across the Australian / New Zealand organization for each portfolio and Areas of Primarily Responsibility (APRs)
- Ensure integrity of POS data and periodic preparation and validation of Orders and Billing data which forms the basis of sales incentive compensation
- Support / facilitate periodic sales execution, performance and forecasting reviews in partnership with Sales, Business Units and Finance
- Drive Quota setting Process - SIP billing goal, sales process goal, customer survey response goal etc. and governance processes
- Support, train and facilitate the adoption and enhancement of our implemented and new business platforms
- Dynamics 365 - CRM (Accounts, Contacts, Leads & Opportunities)
- Power BI - Performance Reporting
- Anaplan - Account Segmentation & Quota Setting
- Paradiso - Learn Management System
- Partner with Sales and Sales Incentive Team to communicate and escalate when helping to answer any query related with SIP. Including Credit Split, Credit Transfer and Staff changes
- Support and implement Sales Enablement programs to drive continuous improvement, funnel health management, sales process to achieve commercial excellence
- Carry out responsibilities with the upmost integrity ensuring compliance with Rockwell’s Ethics and Business Conduct policies
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science, or in a related field is preferred
- Minimum 5+ years professional work experience in the areas of sales, sales strategy execution, sales analytics and KPI reporting
- Experienced in gathering business requirements and developing scorecards and dashboards to produce meaningful KPIs and actionable intelligence for senior management
- Advanced Excel knowledge working with large datasets and able to utilize complex formulas that manipulate and transform data
- In-depth working and administrative experience with Dynamics 365 or other top tier CRM systems and be familiar with Power BI, or similar visualization platforms and SAP
- Motivated self-starter who can focus on achieving set goals with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive outcomes with speed and always remain customer focused
- Knowledgeable on Sales & Marketing Processes
