Who we are:

Faresin Australia PTY LTD is the Australian Branch of the Manufacturing Company Faresin Formwork. We operate through two branches, one located in Prospect (NSW) and the other one in Luscombe (QLD) with offices based in Prospect (NSW). Our primary objective is always to give the best solution to the client to make easy the workforce activities in the job site using our products. We work close to our client for technical assistance, problem solving, new solutions for time assembly / material costs reduction.

two dedicated and motivated Sales Managers
to join our team, playing a vital role in driving business growth, based in
Prospect (NSW)
.

What you'll be doing:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
  • Present, sell company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
  • Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
  • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
  • Actively used the software that the company provides for monitoring clients' activities and market job sites/opportunities (i.e. CRM, Sales Force, etc.…)
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning

What we're looking for:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High interest in the construction industry, particularly in the formwork field
  • Previous experience in the Building or Distribution industry, particularly in the formwork field, is compulsory
  • No restrictions on working in Australia
