Sleepy's are looking to welcome suitably experienced and highly professional Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to be part of the retail team and support the Store Manager, at our Prospect store on a full-time basis.

**About you**

The role would suit an experienced 2IC, or a successful full-time Sales Consultant looking to take a step up into management. You will bring to the role the following:

- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- A willingness to learn new skills and an eagerness to further develop your current leadership skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously

**About the role**

Reporting to the Store Manager, this role will see you working across sales, networking, and working within the sales team to maintain a profitable store. This will involve a 'hands on' approach to customer service from a passionate salesperson who loves to sell sleep

Shifts will be a combination of in-store and at our very successful pop up / kiosk sites across various local shopping centres.

**Key responsibilities**
- Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets;
- Building rapport and effective relationships with customers;
- General stock and admin duties
- Values honesty and a strong work ethic
- Available to work a rotational roster
- with full weekend availability

**Skills and Experience**
- A demonstrated record of success in consultative sales
- retail and other industries are welcome
- A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales
- A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a great experience for our customers
- Results driven with a relentless desire to contribute to your teams success

**Salary**: $67,651.87 - $89,372.74 per year
