Excavator Operators and Civil Construction Roles

Brisbane, Queensland, Australia ROBAR Personnel Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

ROBAR is looking for experienced and reliable civil construction workers to join our growing team across South Australia to service a new project win. Whether you're based locally, interstate, or seeking FIFO work — this is your chance to be part of a company that values its people and delivers quality civil projects.

ROLES AVAILABLE:

  • Excavator Operator (Min. 4 years' experience required)

    Operate a range of excavators for trenching, bulk earthworks, detailed digs, and final trim work. Experience with GPS machine control systems is a major benefit. Must be confident working around services and in tight spaces.
  • Drainer (Min. 4 years' experience required)

    Install and maintain stormwater, sewer, and drainage systems, including box culverts. Must be skilled in trench shoring, pipe alignment, and reading plans.
  • Pipelayer (Min. 4 years' experience required)

    Lay and connect stormwater, sewer, and water pipes to specification. Experience with laser levels, bedding, and backfilling required.
  • Multi-Skilled Operator (Min. 4 years' experience required)

    Operate a variety of plant and machinery including loaders, rollers, Posi Track, and skid steers. Must be adaptable, safety-conscious, and assist with general site duties as needed.
  • Civil Labourer (Experience and knowledge of civil construction required)

    Assist with general civil site duties such as spotting, trench work, clean-up, and materials handling. Drainer or pipelayer experience highly beneficial.
