Connect Resources is a recognised leader in civil construction labour hire throughout Queensland, providing skilled teams to Tier 1, 2, and 3 contractors across a variety of major infrastructure projects.

We're currently on the lookout for Skilled Excavator Operators to join our team for immediate starts across multiple Gold Coast and South Brisbane sites.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Installing stormwater, sewer, and water main pipes
  • Performing drainage work on large housing subdivisions
  • Operating to laser levels for precision work
  • Pad prep and trenching
  • Pulling batters, boxing out of roads/footpaths
What We're Looking For:
  • Valid RII Excavator ticket
  • Minimum 3 years' civil construction experience on subdivisions, roads, drainage, or earthworks
  • GPS experience is a bonus, but not essential
  • Must hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport
