We have an opportunity for a Head of Mobile (B2B) to make an impact at Samsung Electronics Australia In this role you will develop the overall enterprise mobility strategy for Samsung's Mobile Experience B2B division and you will have a real opportunity to position Samsung's enterprise mobility solutions including, smartphone, tablets, accessories, wearables and Knox software and services.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Position Samsung's enterprise mobility solutions into the enterprise and government market with the main objective of building differentiation for Samsung products and increasing Samsung's market share in Australia

  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify and define opportunities to improve the MX B2B team's ability to deliver on its strategic objectives

  • Devise and execute carrier account plans as well as end-user account plans across the Top 100 ASX listed organizations

  • Develop new business opportunities for Samsung in key industries i.e. Government, Healthcare, Retail, Transport & Logistics, Education, Mining and Finance

  • Pro-actively work within the enterprise sector to enhance Samsung's reputation within the mobility marketplace

  • Involvement in the GTM plan for key alliance partners in the enterprise mobility ecosystem

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven success in comparative role, leading a motivated sales team

  • Samsung Electronics product knowledge and/or relevant experience in key competitor offerings

  • Knowledge in mobile communications and related technologies

  • Business acumen - strong verbal and written negotiation

  • Aptitude to work across many broad layers including sales, marketing & technical, underpinned by the ability to adjust communication styles to different audiences.

  • Strong customer service ethic and commitment to quality service.
