Our client is one of the few businesses in its industry that is 100% Australian owned, and they're experiencing strong growth in demand.

They are now looking for a highly organised, hands-on Production Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, from welding and fabrication through to assembly and installation.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production workflows, maintaining quality and safety standards, managing labour allocation, and delivering on daily, weekly, and project-based targets.

You will also lead, support, and develop a team of 25 within the Manufacturing division, driving plant performance to world-class standards. A key focus will be on continuously improving production processes to create a lasting competitive advantage. As part of the Senior Management team, you will also play a central role in Safety, Environment, Quality, Business Strategy, and Process Improvement across the wider business.

We're looking for someone with leadership experience and qualifications in Engineering or a trade-based manufacturing background. Just as importantly, you'll bring energy, initiative, and the desire to step up and make your mark in a growing business.
