They are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead the operations and drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop production team
  • Manage output, safety, and quality performance
  • Coordinate workflows between departments to meet production schedules
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements across all processes
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in production or operations management
  • Background in automotive, heavy vehicles, caravan, trailer, or similar manufacturing environments
  • Excellent planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Strong communicator and natural leader
  • Enjoy being on the floor, leading by example, and creating a culture of accountability and pride in quality
