We're growing fast and looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to lead our Teamwear Department. This role offers genuine career progression, with the opportunity to step into a Production Manager position across the entire business in 2026.

The Opportunity

As Production Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our teamwear production area — coordinating staff, managing workflow, and ensuring our high standards for quality and delivery are consistently met. You'll play a key leadership role, ensuring every kit and garment that leaves our doors represents our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and support production staff to achieve targets.
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules and order priorities.
  • Oversee and maintain equipment including DTF printers, press machines
  • Monitor workflow to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Maintain strong quality control across all products.
  • Collaborate with design and customer service teams to meet client deadlines.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an organised, hands-on leader with a passion for production and teamwork.

  • Proven experience supervising or coordinating in a production or manufacturing environment preferably on Clothing and/or Teamwear
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Practical understanding of printing or production machinery preferable (DTF and Print Presses) – Training will be provided
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ambition to grow into a Production Manager role as our business expands.
