Role Summary

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager with deep experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads. This is a strategic role where you will set direction, drive execution, and oversee performance. You will also manage one direct report, providing guidance on campaign management, optimisation, and analysis. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action are core to this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to hit performance goals.
  • Lead and mentor a direct report, ensuring high-quality execution and growth.
  • Conduct creative and audience analysis to identify winning drivers.
  • Develop testing roadmaps for ads, audiences, and funnels.
  • Report on key metrics including CPA, ROAS, MER, LTV, and profit.
  • Ensure tracking accuracy via Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
  • Analyse funnel performance across audiences, creatives, and platforms.
  • Implement and scale structured campaign strategies for new launches.
  • Spot underperforming campaigns and patterns to avoid
  • Stay current with platform updates and apply best practices.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in a paid media role, with proven experience leading accounts
  • Experience with e-commerce and lead generation
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
  • Advanced analytical skills and comfort with large datasets
  • Track record managing high monthly spend across multiple accounts
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one team member
  • Proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and reporting tools
  • Strong communicator with ability to set direction and collaborate

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or other reporting dashboards
  • Understanding of CRO fundamentals and landing page testing
