Paid Media Lead
to join their senior team. The agency partners with some of Australia's most exciting challenger brands and is built by leaders from top tech, agency and VC backgrounds.

They're rethinking the traditional agency model. Lean, technical, and future-focused with AI-driven systems and scaling rapidly.

About the role

This is a senior position overseeing both
Paid Social
and/or
Paid Search
, where you'll shape strategy, run experiments, and lead a small team. The role offers autonomy, ambitious clients, and the chance to grow quickly as the agency scales.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading strategy and execution across social and search campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, Google, Bing).
  • Driving creative experimentation, from briefs to testing frameworks.
  • Designing and implementing incrementality and performance tests.
  • Analysing results in depth using GA4 and other data sources.
  • Building dashboards, forecasts, and ensuring tracking accuracy.
  • Managing client relationships and project deliverables.
  • Coaching junior team members.
  • Working with the technical team to automate and scale processes.
  • Staying close to platform partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing) to leverage betas and new tools.

  • Strong experience across Paid Social and Paid Search platforms.
  • Proven ability to build and optimise accounts from first principles.
  • Creative testing and experimentation knowledge.
  • Familiarity with tools like Supermetrics, Funnel, Looker, GA4.
  • Strong systems mindset and documentation skills.
  • Ambition and drive to grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.

This role can be performed remotely; however applicants must be based in Australia with full working rights. Only candidates currently residing in Australia will be considered.
