Performance Media Manager – Turn every media dollar into measurable growth

Now we're looking for a Performance Media Manager who can turn insight into impact, running paid campaigns that outperform benchmarks and earn client applause.

What you'll do

  • Shape strategy with the Digital Director, translating objectives into channel-specific plans and clear KPIs
  • Launch and optimise campaigns across search, social, programmatic and display, always on time and on budget
  • Mine dashboards and tests for the story behind the numbers, then share recommendations clients act on
  • Solve problems fast, using methodical testing to lift performance and efficiency
  • Keep clients informed and confident, working closely with Strategy, Creative, Tech and Finance to deliver seamless results

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years managing paid search, social, display and programmatic campaigns
  • Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, DV360, Meta Business Manager and Google Analytics
  • A knack for turning data into plain-English insights and next steps
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for quick, accurate analysis
  • Clear, confident communication and a solutions-first mindset
