What we are looking for

As a consultancy, we are driven to drive change for our clients, consulting with clients and driving our delivery teams to generate
real
business results. As a Senior Paid Media Analyst, you will exhibit exceptional skills in Paid Media account setup, optimisation, work with our team of Consultants across Paid and other channels, and develop & demonstrate a consultative, integrated approach to digital marketing.

You will have the opportunity to learn from an incredible team of consultants, industry leaders and strategists in their field across a wide range of digital and broader marketing channels.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be working closely with consultants, clients, strategists, creative teams and other subject matter specialists.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • The setup, management and optimisation of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, TikTok Ads and others.
  • Provide insight-based, consultative and constructive reporting to consultants, team leads and clients.
  • Be able to optimise campaigns based on data obtainable through the channels themselves as well as third-party data.
  • Able to manage direct client engagements, partake in client meetings and manage direct client relationships.
  • Consistently stay across a high volume of wide-ranging tasks pertaining to the Paid Media digital channels.

We want somebody who has:

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, business, marketing or similar field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads focused on performance, with
    proven
    success examples
  • Experience in managing Paid Media campaigns for eCommerce, Lead Generation and B2B businesses
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong direct response copywriting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Common sense and good critical judgment
  • Programmatic experience preferable
  • Google Tag Manager and website tracking experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Business acumen
  • An entrepreneurial or growth-led mindset
