**About the Role**

Reporting to the Managing Producer, the Producer will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of cinematographers, directors, producers and editors to creative captivating and compelling videos that meet and exceed client expectations.

- Please note that it is required that you hold a current valid Victorian Driver's Licence and can travel autonomously with full-time access to a vehicle._

**Key Responsibilities**

The producer will also:

- Work closely with the Managing Producer and a team of highly-skilled creative talent
- Conduct thorough quality checks on edited videos, animations and motion graphics to ensure high standards are met
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality, helping to optimise project budgets
- Coordinate resources such as crew members, equipment, locations and talent to ensure successful project execution

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Video Production, Digital Content Creation, Film & Television, Screen Media, Marketing and Communications or other related field
- 2+ years as an Account Manager or Client-Facing Producer
- Strong understanding of video production processes as well as familiarity with different video formats, styles and storytelling techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
