We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team and play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-impact programs where innovation and scalability are at the core.

What you'll bring

  • Proven expertise in Lightning development and strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and LWR sites.
  • Strong development skills in JavaScript, Apex classes, triggers, and API (REST/SOAP) integrations.
  • Deep understanding of both low-code and pro-code approaches, with the ability to recommend the right balance.
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement (Chat, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp).
  • Experience integrating with Conga and DocuSign.
  • Exposure to Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Marketing Cloud, or B2B Commerce is a plus.

What you'll do

  • Translate high-level designs into detailed technical architecture and guide development teams.
  • Review and provide direction on technical deliverables, ensuring best practices in Apex, LWC, and data model design.
  • Optimize and simplify Salesforce implementations (Apex reduction, UI improvements, data model optimization).
  • Design end-to-end solutions, including Salesforce + MuleSoft/integration platforms.
  • Lead initiatives around AI on Salesforce (Generative, Agentic, and Predictive AI), including hackathons and proof-of-concepts.
  • Develop strategies for Data Cloud in multi-org environments and drive integrations with external systems.
  • Recommend suitable AppExchange products to enhance solutions.
