This enterprise organisation, based in Sydney, is undergoing significant digital transformation. With a new PMO being established and major CRM investment underway, they're focused on scalable technology and improved user experience to support growth and long-term innovation. 

About the role

Reporting to the Program Director, the Salesforce Solutions Architect will lead solution design post–go-live. Working closely with cross-functional teams and delivery partners, the role will drive integration, enhance UX, and ensure architectural integrity across a complex enterprise CRM program.

Duties/Key responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the Salesforce solution post–go-live
  • Lead cross-domain integration and data model design
  • Improve user experience and platform security
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners
  • Provide architectural leadership and ensure best practice

Skills and experience

  • Proven Salesforce Solutions or Technical Architecture experience
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform and data models
  • Experience in large-scale CRM or enterprise transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable navigating complex environments with multiple priorities
  • Airline or high-volume B2C CRM experience highly regarded
