Our products, Social Pinpoint and Consultation Manager aim to provide governments and consultants throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe with the online tools they need to help their communities (people like you) have their say on projects that impact them and efficiently manage all ongoing interactions with stakeholders.
The Role:
The Chief Growth Officer will be primarily responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across our global markets, and will oversee marketing, new business development, and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Lead the design and implementation of a global sales strategy, including key deliverables, timelines, hiring plans, competitive positioning, and product messaging to drive sustainable growth.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing, international revenue team, with a strong focus on cultural awareness, diversity, and regional market dynamics.
• GTM alignment: align marketing and customer success functions tightly with sales to ensure consistent messaging, lead quality, seamless customer journeys, and improved retention and expansion rates.
• Leadership and Culture: foster a high-performing international team across sales, marketing, and customer success, fostering an inclusive, accountable, and high-energy culture aligned with company values.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with the country leads, customer success and product to enhance customer experience, drive revenue, and ensure seamless project execution and customer retention.
• Performance Management: Define, implement, and monitor KPIs, metrics, and processes to evaluate and optimise the performance of all revenue-generating functions.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a hands-on, customer-facing leader who can champion the product, engage senior-level executives, and directly drive strategic, high-value deals when required.
• Talent Development: Create and maintain a robust recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentorship framework that ensures rapid scaling and professional development of team members.
• Product Expertise: Maintain deep expertise in Social Pinpoint's key product features and roadmap to effectively position solutions and guide customer engagements.
Skills and Experience:
6+ years experience in a senior growth, marketing, or revenue leadership role within a SaaS or technology company.
Demonstrated success in designing and scaling new sales motions and strategic plans across international markets.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to set clear objectives, motivate diverse teams, foster accountability, and drive sustained execution
