With exciting new opportunities and acquisitions on the horizon, we are seeking an experienced Interim Chief Executive Officer to guide the organisation through a pivotal phase of transformation. This is a role for a leader who can hit the ground running, providing strategic stability while shaping a future that is visionary, values-driven, and commercially strong.

About the Opportunity

Over an initial three-month engagement, you will take the helm of a complex, multi-faceted organisation that is uniting purpose and performance. You will be entrusted with leading a capable, committed team through a period of significant change, ensuring that momentum continues while longer-term strategic plans take shape.

This interim appointment comes at a time of renewal. The organisation is evolving its structure, deepening its community partnerships, and preparing for future growth through acquisition and innovation. You will work closely with the Board and senior leadership to embed clear direction, strengthen culture, and position the business for sustained success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide decisive and values-led leadership during a critical period of transition
  • Lead the organisation through operational and cultural change, maintaining focus on performance, stability, and impact
  • Collaborate with the Board to refine and execute strategic priorities that align with both purpose and commercial ambition
  • Foster a high-performing, engaged team culture built on trust, accountability, and shared vision
  • Engage confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders across community, industry, and government
  • Drive opportunities for growth and sustainability, including exploring future acquisitions and partnerships

About You You are a seasoned executive who has successfully led organisations through transformation, growth, and change. You have the presence and credibility to build confidence quickly, the business acumen to drive performance, and the empathy to lead people through uncertainty with integrity and purpose.

Your background may span sectors such as social enterprise, education, health, community, or broader human services. What matters most is your ability to balance strategic vision with operational delivery, and your belief that strong commercial performance and social impact can thrive side by side.
