Maintenance Administrator

Reporting directly into the Maintenance manager, this role is not for the faint hearted. Working for a well respected home builder located in the Norwest business park we are seeking an experienced after sales maintenance coordinator to work in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with homeowners regarding maintenance or repair concerns
  • Take and log reports of issues or defects
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors
  • Generate and manage work orders
  • Coordinate trades and schedule appointments
  • Track timelines and ensure accurate data entry into our system
  • Follow up on on-site inspections and ensure resolutions are completed
  • Report on defect trends and outstanding issues

Ideally you will:-

  • Have prior experience in the construction industry
  • Be resilient with a strong memory and attention to detail
  • Be coachable, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn
  • Thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with homeowners
  • Follow tasks through from start to finish with reliability
  • Be an excellent multitasker and a dependable team member
  • Have excellent communication and emotional intelligence
  • Framework experience is highly desirable
