Location: In a suburb of the Hills District within Greater Western Sydney

Salary: $60-65k

Fusion People are working with a leading New Home Builder who are looking for a Maintenance Administrator. They will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to maintenance and general service activities following the completion and handover of new homes. The role supports internal teams and clients by coordinating post-settlement service requests, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining accurate program entries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with clients and third-party service providers to address post-settlement service needs
  • Collaborating with the Maintenance Manager to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Utilising relevant software systems for maintenance management (e.g., CRM platforms, service request tools, workflow systems, inspection apps)
  • Raising and tracking purchase orders
  • Drafting and sending emails to clients and contractors
  • Reviewing inspection reports and ensuring documentation (photos and descriptions) is clear and complete
  • Approving purchase orders for payment after verifying completed works
  • Assisting with service request entries and maintenance write-ups when required
  • Performing general administrative and office duties as needed
