Latinum is seeking a motivated and experienced
Buyers Agent
to join our growing property advisory team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate and helping clients build wealth through strategic property investing. This role involves managing the full acquisition process — from sourcing and analysing properties to negotiating deals and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end property acquisition process for clients — including research, analysis, negotiations, and settlement support.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify high-potential investment areas and growth opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on property strategy, value, and location suitability.
  • Negotiate effectively with vendors and agents to secure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications & Skills

    Real Estate License
