About Premium REA:

Premium REA is a fast-growing real estate services company in Melbourne, specializing in high-return investment properties. We offer a one-stop solution from wealth planning and property acquisition to rental management. Our mission is to help clients build wealth and achieve financial freedom, supported by a people-focused culture that fosters growth and teamwork.

At our core, we are an analytics firm. Founded by engineers and driven by a team with backgrounds in data science, finance, and IT, we operate differently. We leverage quantitative analysis to scientifically identify properties, focusing on tangible data and real results over traditional salesmanship.

In just 12 months, we have expanded from 2 to 33 team members. Our goal for 2026 is to become a unicorn in Melbourne's real estate sector while maintaining our commitment to social responsibility.

About the Role: (Must Read)

This role commences with a
mandatory 12-week intensive pre-bootcamp
designed to select and develop high-performing individuals. During this initial three-month training and evaluation period, you will be remunerated with
an annual package of $60,000 + superannuation.

Upon successful completion of the pre-bootcamp and meeting our evaluation criteria, you will be promoted to a Buyers' Agent.
In this role, your earning potential will significantly increase, with a performance-based package ranging from $120,000 to $180,000.
Please note that candidates who do not meet the required standards during the probationary bootcamp will not be promoted to the Buyers' Agent position.

We have designed this pathway to onboard:

  1. Elite Buyers' Agents who may not have direct industry experience but possess the comprehensive cognitive and strong negotiation skills essential for success. This is why we highly value candidates with backgrounds in Data Science/Analysis, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, etc. While these analytical backgrounds are crucial,
strong sales skills are also a must
    for candidates from these fields.
  2. For candidates with existing real estate experience (such as Agents or Property Managers), this pre-bootcamp serves as an intensive immersion into our unique analytics-first methodology. An accelerated pathway may be available based on performance.

As a Buyers' Agent at Premium REA, you'll navigate Melbourne's competitive property market, guiding clients through every stage of their purchase. Beyond sourcing and evaluating properties, you'll provide strategic advice, educating buyers on market conditions, property values, and investment potential.
