Administration Officer

We are a well-established Southside accounting firm with over 30 years of service, currently seeking a self-motivated and professional Administration Officer to join our friendly team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for clients while providing vital administrative support to our accountants and management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage incoming calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Diary and appointment scheduling
- Maintaining and updating client records and databases
- Electronic document scanning and filing
- Assisting accountants with admin tasks
- Prepare and format client correspondence, letters, and reports
- Following up client queries and documentation
- Liaising with the ATO and other external agencies
- General office duties including mail, supplies, and filing
About You
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and a well-presented, professional manner
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in an accounting office is desirable
