From all the hard work, the team now has over 10 people in SEM, SEO & Paid Media. Not 10 cogs in a machine, but 10 humans with wildly different backgrounds, perspectives, and stories, who chose to come together because they saw how different the founder is. Each person brings something different to the table. And together, they've built something rare: an environment where people's personal lives are valued.

But here's the truth: the founder's been carrying too much. From pitching new business, closing deals, managing the P&L, setting strategy, and getting pulled into operational fires when things get really messy.

The founder is grinding. The agency is growing. The team is incredible.

And they need someone who can create space for them to do their best work. Someone who can take the operational weight off the founder's shoulders so they can focus on what they do best. And that's building relationships, winning work, and shaping the agency's future.
