Are you passionate about sports and creating memorable experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Centre Operations team As a key part of our growing pickleball community, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and fostering a vibrant, inclusive environment for our members and guests.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the welcoming face of the facility, ensuring smooth check-ins and facilitating bookings
  • Engage with our community by promoting and upselling programs and services
  • Handle professional communication both in-person and online, building strong relationships with members, patrons, and stakeholders
  • Use CRM tools to track member engagement and efficiently manage bookings
  • Manage key relationships with members, schools, local businesses, sponsors, and more
  • Oversee retail and F&B operations, ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience
  • Design content using tools like Canva and Adobe to engage our online community

As Our Club Champion, You Will:

  • Drive the growth of pickleball by organizing and facilitating coaching programs, tournaments, leagues, and interclub competitions
  • Create a welcoming and supportive environment for players of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop strong relationships with juniors, adults, and parents, ensuring a positive and rewarding experience for all
  • Work flexibly, including weekends and event days, as part of our dynamic team
