The Northern Pride holds the largest footprint in the Queensland Rugby League and is proud to serve as the hub of rugby league in Far North Queensland. We provide teams to the QRL's Major Competitions and have an affiliation with the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys. This pathway enables players to advance from grassroots levels to the NRL.
Role Description
The Head Coach of the Northern Pride plays a pivotal role in leading the Club's high-performance program, ensuring football excellence across all levels. This position combines direct coaching responsibility for the Hostplus Cup (HPC) team with leadership of the Club's football operations and pathways programs. The role is central to delivering the Club's vision, values, and strategic goals both on and off the field.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a senior coach at Hostplus Cup (or equivalent high-performance level).

Demonstrated leadership, people management, and mentoring skills.
Experience in player recruitment, talent development, and pathways management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to foster high-performance culture aligned to club values
