Position Summary:  

Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands are seeking an open-minded, proactive and caring Breakfast Food & Beverage Service Expert to join our established and enthusiastic Food & Beverage team 

Your main duties as Breakfast Food & Beverage Service Expert includes: 


  •  Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations  

  • Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience  

  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail  

  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience  

  • Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks  

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings 


About You:  

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
