Our clients are owners and operators of assets critical to local communities.In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to perform hospitality and kitchen duties in the mess, bar, and dining halls on a casual basis.We cater breakfast, lunch, and dinner services between 5:30 am – 8:00 pm, on a 7-day roster.
The main hours for these casual positions will be evening shifts between 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm, available ASAP.This is a great opportunity in 2025 to join RAAF East Sale in the Southeast suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland region, Victoria.About The RoleSupport the Hospitality and Catering team by delivering friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers.Clean, sanitise, and maintain equipment, furniture, and premises, reporting repairs and maintenance as needed.Process all meals in the meal pass system, handle and bank cash according to protocols, and report suspicious behaviour immediately.Assist with basic food preparation as requested by the Head Chef.About YouMust have current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training available onsite).
