Business Analyst – ITSM

About The Role
We're looking for a skilled
Business Analyst
to translate Target Processes and Controls into a complete set of business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria —

Key Responsibilities

  • Own BRD/FRD documentation with full traceability to controls and KPIs.
  • Map end-to-end workflows (submit → approve → execute → close) and define UX copy and form behaviour.
  • Develop user stories with clear Definition of Ready/Done and manage backlog priorities with key stakeholders.
  • Define UAT strategy, test cases, and datasets; support training and communications.
  • Maintain alignment to scope, ensuring configuration vs. customisation decisions meet NFRs.

About You

  • 7–10 years' experience as a Business Analyst in ITSM or Change Management.
  • Strong experience with process mapping, UX flows, and acceptance test design.
  • Confident communicator and facilitator across executives, SMEs, and offshore delivery teams.
