About the Opportunities

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced PMO professionals at all levels – from PMO Director through to PMO Analyst – for potential upcoming engagements for various clients across NSW Government, Telcos and Utilities.

These programs will drive governance, performance and delivery excellence across multiple portfolios. Successful candidates will join a high-performing consulting team supporting the setup and management of complex transformation initiatives.

Key Roles

We are interested in hearing from PMO professionals across the following disciplines:

  • PMO Director / Head of PMO (10+ years' experience)
  • PMO Manager / Lead (10+ years' experience)
  • PMO Analyst / Portfolio & Program Coordinator (3-5 years' experience)
  • Master Scheduler
  • Risk & Governance Manager

About You

You will bring a strong background in project governance, portfolio reporting and delivery assurance within large, complex environments. Specifically, you will have:

  • Experience leading or supporting PMO functions in Government or enterprise-scale programs
  • A solid understanding of governance frameworks, reporting cycles and delivery performance tracking
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, MS Project, Excel, and PPM systems
  • A proactive and collaborative approach within fast-moving program environments
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights in Australia
