We are seeking a cook / chef to join our kitchen team. Immediate start available

About you:

You should possess the following skills/attributes:

  • Experience working in a fast pace & high-volume environment
  • At least 2+ years' experience as a Cook or Chef.
  • Authentic Mexican Food Preparation & Cookery experience
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good time management, work ethic & attitude
  • Experience with food health and safety and rotation practices.
  • Able to work weekends and nights
  • Qualified in or undertaking studies in commercial cookery would be an advantage.
