Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Officer / Administration Trainee to join our team in Traralgon and Moe, Victoria offices. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our financial planners and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the financial services industry while making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely assistance with account-related matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of financial plans, including gathering necessary documentation and data from clients.
  • Coordinate client meetings and appointments, managing schedules and ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Prepare and process client documentation, including new account applications, transfers, and investment transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate closely with financial planners and other team members to deliver comprehensive and tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to ongoing process improvements within the firm.

Skills and Experience:

  • Passionate about being a team player and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and client-focused demeanour.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
