Business
Account Manager
to join our Open Platform Business Group in Victoria, reporting to the Channel Business Team Leader - OP & AIOT.

As the Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding ASUS's partner portfolio in Australia. This role requires a strong business acumen to drive innovation, strengthen collaboration, and ensure financial sustainability for both ASUS and its partners. You will lead cross-functional coordination across product development and delivery, while formulating and executing strategic plans that align with partner objectives and support long-term growth.

Key aspects of the role are including but not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners across the AU region, with a focus on driving partner growth and success;
  • Develop and implement partner programs designed to strengthen collaboration and support mutual growth with the ASUS brand;
  • Gain a deep understanding of partners' businesses, strategies, and challenges, and secure ongoing joint initiatives that deliver value;
  • Ensure ASUS products are effectively represented and merchandised within retail environments;
  • Proactively monitor and analyse the local market, including competitor activity, trends, and opportunities, and share insights with internal stakeholders;
  • Collaborate closely with Country Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives and achieve set targets.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in channels, ideally within the IT industry
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and the IT channel ecosystem
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to break down complex tasks into actionable steps to achieve shared goals
  • Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to build strong relationships, networks, and trust with IT executives
  • Possess a solid understanding of customers' businesses, strategies, and challenges
  • Thrive in value-based business environments, with the capability to work strategically and develop long-term partnerships across broad stakeholder groups
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident with unlimited working rights within Australia, no overseas applicants
