What's the role?

Due to continued growth, we are actively recruiting for Industrial Cleaners and Utilities Workers to join our teams across villages near Dalby and Chinchilla. If you live in or near Dalby and Chinchilla or surrounding areas, this is your opportunity to enter the mining and resources sector through Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) roles.

Whether you have experience in industrial cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality, or you're looking to transfer your skills into a new industry, we want to hear from you.

Mine Site Cleaner – Full-Time | 14:7 Roster | 10-Hour Shifts

  • Clean mine site offices, amenity blocks, and crib rooms
  • Maintain high hygiene standards across remote sites

Housekeeping – Full-Time | 14:7 Roster | 10-Hour Shifts

  • Clean accommodation rooms and ensuites
  • Strip and remake beds, clean floors, walls, and laundry areas
  • Support general housekeeping duties across village accommodation.

Who are we looking for?

We're seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals with hospitality, industrial cleaning, or related experience—or those with transferable skills and a positive, can-do attitude. You'll thrive in a team environment and be comfortable working in remote locations with varying conditions.

You'll need to:

  • Experience in industrial cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work a 14/7 roster (14 days on, 7 days off) with 10-hour shifts
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safety and workplace protocols
  • Australian Driver's Licence and access to reliable transport
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
