What You'll Do:

  • Inspire & Lead: Motivate and develop our awesome team to deliver top-tier service.
  • Wow the Crowd: Ensure every patron leaves with a smile, from the bar to the bistro.
  • Run the Show: Oversee TAB, kitchen, retail, bar, and gaming operations with flair.
  • Crunch the Numbers: Handle cash-ups, daily reporting, and expense management like a pro.
  • Keep it Safe: Champion safety and compliance with confidence.
  • Boost the Buzz: Drive revenue through creative marketing, promotions, and epic events.
  • Set the Tone: Lead by example, bringing energy and positivity every day.

About You – Bring Your A-Game

You're a hospitality superstar with a passion for people and a knack for leadership. You thrive in a high-energy environment and love making things happen.

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in licensed venues (pub, club, or similar).
  • Current RSA and RCG (ARCG) certifications.
  • A team-first mindset, with flexibility and a customer-obsessed attitude.
