The Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals with a strong customer focus to fill the role of a Theatre Assistant. As a Theatre Assistant, you will be working in the Operating Theatre Department with responsibilities including:
- Working with and assisting clinical staff & patients.
- Ensuring theatres are set up for surgical procedures and equipment has been checked

Skills and Experience
An interest in patient care is essential to succeed in this role. You will have excellent communication skills and a willingness to develop a working knowledge of hospital procedures. You will be a motivated, positive individual and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
You will also bring:
- Certificate III or Certificate IV Level in relatable field
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a Theatre Assistant or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effective within a team environment and independently
- Excellent patient and customer service focus
- Be available for a range of shifts across a rotating roster
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly salary ranging from $ $ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
- Must provide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
