The Role:

We're seeking a motivated Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting our day-to-day finance operations — from managing accounts payable and banking to maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Process daily banking, gaming, and EFTPOS transactions with accuracy and accountability.
  • Reconcile venue takings and maintain cash and petty cash records.
  • Process supplier invoices, match purchase orders and delivery dockets, and prepare payments.
  • Maintain and update creditor and vendor details within the accounting system.
  • Assist with month-end reconciliations and audits.
  • Provide administration support including mail distribution, insurance renewals, and purchasing office supplies.
  • Contribute to improving financial systems and reporting efficiency.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2–4+ years' experience in accounts payable, finance, or administration.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel proficiency essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A professional, team-focused approach and high integrity.

Pay: $37.35 – $52.29 per hour
