We are seeking flexible, patient-centred Hospitality Services Assistants for casual positions across at East Melbourne (Albert Street and Victoria Parade). This is an excellent opportunity to join our supportive and friendly Environmental Services team at Epworth Freemasons and be part of a growing healthcare service.
Successful candidates will have an excellent understanding of the principles of customer service and cleaning standards within private healthcare and will be willing to grow with our services whilst being part of a supportive culture to achieve excellence in care.
Key areas of focus for this role include:
- Providing an efficient and prompt cleaning service
- Maintaining our facility to the highest level
- Providing friendly and genuine assistance to patients, visitors and colleagues
To be successful in the role, you will:
- Have an excellent understanding of customer service in private healthcare
- Have experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Be flexible and willing to go the extra step for patients and their family members
- Have solid computer skills (essential)
- Be proactive and responsive to patient needs and service demands
