Location: East Melbourne
Are you passionate about coffee and great service? We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our café team in East Melbourne on a casual permanent basis. Monday to Friday, 6:45am start, total up to 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Assist with food preparation and general café operations.
- Support periodic catering and function delivery as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in coffee making (barista skills required).
- Familiarity with food operations and service.
- Flexibility to assist with catering and event functions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a solo environment.
- Occasional events and weekend availability.
