The Role

As a
Vehicle Settlements Officer
, you'll coordinate end-to-end settlements and deliveries across both
Fleet
and
Novated Leasing
. From preparing documentation and liaising with dealers to updating customers and removing roadblocks, you'll make sure every delivery runs smoothly.

About You

  • Detail-focused and organised with strong admin skills
  • Great communicator who enjoys teamwork and problem-solving
  • Proficient with MS Office; Salesforce/automotive experience a plus
  • Previous settlements/finance/automotive admin experience highly regarded
