Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Vehicle Settlements Officer, you’ll coordinate end-to-end settlements and deliveries across both Fleetand Novated Leasing. From preparing documentation and liaising with dealers to updating customers and removing roadblocks, you’ll make sure every delivery runs smoothly.

This role is also a pathway into the fleet and leasing industry— giving you exposure to both corporate fleet and novated leasing transactions, and building skills that can grow into future opportunities across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating all vehicle order, settlement, and delivery processes
- Liaising with dealerships, suppliers, and internal teams to remove delays
- Communicating with customers on settlement and delivery details, ensuring a seamless experience
- Checking and preparing settlement documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Troubleshooting and resolving any delivery or settlement issues quickly
- Maintaining up-to-date records and compliance across both fleet and novated transactions

- Confidence in working independently while also being a strong team collaborator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A willingness to learn new systems and processes (experience with Salesforce or similar CRM highly regarded)
- Previous experience in settlements, automotive, leasing, or a related admin/customer service role (desirable but not essential)
