As the Team Assistant, you'll provide vital administrative and operational support to the Head of the Department and a dynamic national team. Your role will help ensure the smooth delivery of services and projects that support members and customers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Department: Diary management, minute taking, and travel arrangement
  • Coordinate meetings, reports, and data to support projects and decision-making.
  • Assist with budgets, invoices, and purchase orders to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Drive improvements to systems and processes that enhance team efficiency.
  • Support reporting and analytics to track performance and outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handling all matters with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements'

  • 3+ years' experience in similar Administration coordination or Team/Personal assistant support within a professional environment.
  • Proven diary management, Minute taking & travel arrangment experience
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound financial administration experience (invoices, budgets, reconciliations).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRMs, and workflow management tools
