We are seeking suitable applications for a highly capable and values-driven individual to join our dynamic Public Health and Clinical Excellence team at North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS).

This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 15 February 2027 with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permaency, while the substantive occupant is on a period of Parental Leave .

What is our Quality Improvement Coordinator role?
This position coordinates quality improvement activities, programs and initiatives across NMHS and its contracted services; pomotes and facilitates the use of data to support ongoing quality improvement of health services; manages / supports project teams with the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation for a specified project or selected portions of a project; prepares reports on quality improvement activities and performance measures to the North Executive Team.

Eligibility to Apply:
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector. To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
