About the Role:

  • Create Adventures: Guide a team in delivering exciting, high-quality education and care Experiences that incorporate sports, cooking, art & craft, STEM – something for you and every child to enjoy

  • Lead the Fun: Lead and support a team of educators and assistants ensuring, a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

  • Stay Compliant: With the support of your Area/Operations Manager, keep up to speed with all regulations while keeping the vibe joyful.

  • Build Connections: Foster collaborative and positive relationships with parents, children and your school, recognising the central role the service and your leadership provides within the school community.

  • Grow Together: Participate in professional development and help your team shine

  • The nuts & bolts: Coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including rostering, compliance and administration. As our program's leader, our families and children need your availability across the following hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30am – 10am and 2:00pm - 6:00pm. Block School Holiday shifts.

About You:

  • Enthusiastic and engaging approach, with the ability to form positive relationships.

  • Experience working in an Early Childhood or an Out of School Care setting

  • Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.

  • Hold a valid WA Employee Working with Children's Check

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Mandatory Reporting, Food Safety certificates

  • Sound understanding of The National Quality Standards and Framework

  • Unrestricted Australian work rights

  • As our OSHC Coordinator, you'll champion the positive relationships we have with the school and help take them to the next level through communication, collaboration, and shared goals.

  • During Vacation Care, you'll collaborate closely with our Hollywood Centre in Nedlands, working together to deliver exciting, high-quality programs for all children.

  • Availability across the following hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30am – 9:30am and 2:00pm - 6:00pm. Full days during School Holiday periods.
