Ballarat, Mildura, East Coast Victoria, Bellarine Peninsula, West Coast Victoria

As Pharmacy Manager, you'll take full responsibility for operations, set the standard for exceptional patient care, and cultivate an environment where your team and your community thrive.

Role Overview

  • Direct and coordinate all pharmacy activities
  • Deliver a wide range of professional services
  • Develop and execute strategies to reach KPI's and meet budget goals
  • Establish strong connections with healthcare partners, engage with local residents, and empower your staff through mentoring and performance reviews
  • Create an efficient, patient-centred workflow

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Optimise inventory and uphold high quality standards
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
  • Promote service excellence by collaborating with healthcare professionals, addressing patient needs, and nurturing a positive, professional environment
  • Monitor budgets and pursue ongoing growth and improvements

About You

  • Bachelor or Master Pharmacy degree and current AHPRA pharmacist registration
  • Demonstrated success in a Pharmacy Manager or PIC position
  • In-depth understanding of pharmacy operations, relevant legislation, and best practices
  • Outstanding leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator with both your team and patients
  • Meticulous, able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using pharmacy management systems and related technology
