About the role

Springvale Discount Drug Store is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Dispensary Technician to join our brand new store in Springvale, Victoria. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the efficient and accurate dispensing of medications to our patients.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately preparing, labeling, and packaging prescriptions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist
  • Maintaining precise inventory control and stock management of pharmaceutical supplies
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmacy regulations and guidelines
  • Assisting the pharmacist with administrative tasks and other duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications as a Pharmacy Technician or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a pharmacy dispensary setting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy software (FRED) and computer systems
  • Webster packing
