North Melbourne Pharmacy is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.

The Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and advice in-store.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations and general enquiries.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions.
  • Support stock management, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members.
About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a warm, approachable, and professional manner.
  • Enjoys helping people and working in a team environment.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Is reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
  • Previous pharmacy or retail experience is highly regarded but not essential – training will be provided.
