The Opportunity:

The Product Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Product Management team in the product activities across the business. This includes regular contact with overseas and local suppliers building strong relationships and attending to the company's needs on day-to-day basis as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Product Manager's in the product activities across the business. This includes regular contact with overseas and local suppliers building strong relationships and attending to the company's needs on day-to-day basis as directed.
  • Assist in the Development of Wilson & Bradley's product range.
  • Product data entry and maintenance through SAP, this involves raising product and kit codes, general product, pricing, and discount maintenance etc.
  • Preparing, assisting, and reviewing product performance reports for the Product Managers.
  • Work collaboratively with Purchasing, Marketing and other departments regarding product launches and business activities.
  • Assisting the Product Manager's and the Marketing team to review all existing marketing material including website, catalogues, brochures etc.
  • Follow the new product process from conception to product launch.
  • Assisting in keeping product briefing material up to date and relevant to the Sales, Marketing and Training teams.
  • Storing and maintaining product information in relation to new and existing product data.
  • Following up with suppliers (local & overseas) on new product information, marketing collateral etc.
  • Compiling and recording of competitor activity and maintaining competitor price register.
  • Maintaining samples and ensuring they are adequately stored, and details recorded.
  • Assist in general administration and office management tasks, as and when required.
  • Assisting with arrangements for showroom and industry events i.e. AWISA.
  • Maintaining new product request form data from BDMs.
  • Liaising with BDM's and customers service team regarding customer and product enquiries.
  • The maintenance and storage of all relevant material regarding a new product launch.
  • Ongoing reporting of new and existing product performance and preparing slow moving reports.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • A background and experience in the cabinetmaking space and vast experience with the Blum brand.
  • Experience with the management of product life cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP and data entry is preferable.
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new systems and processes in an efficient manner.
  • Able to work and collaborate with other departments, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Assertive and confident with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
