Job Summary

We are seeking a Supply Planner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and optimising daily and forward load plans that align with production schedules and customer requirements.

The role is a critical link between Sales, Production, Warehouse and Logistics Planning to balance business priorities, maximise transport efficiency and meet service delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and optimise daily and forward load plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional time management, organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, displaying flexibility to meet changing needs, priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to build effective internal relationships.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Prioritisation skills.

Experience / Qualifications Required

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role is preferred. Demonstrated exposure in an FMCG environment is desirable.
